Company Ravenshill consulting is real estate consulting and development group that for the leading Western Europe and USA investment companies develops and realizes different real estate projects.

Our company was founded in the beginning of the Year 2004 and its shareholders are several individuals with substantial professional experience in the real estate projects field as well as in cooperation with municipalities and government institutions.

After Latvia joining Europe Union and sharp improvement of country economy this has also mirrored on the real estate market showing dynamic development trends.

Riga, as one of the Europe metropolis at the shores of Baltic Sea, attracts Latvian and foreign investors that are interested in locating their assets in residential segment, industrial and logistics, as well as recreation projects.

However, frequently there is a lack of appropriate information on Latvian legislation particularities and for newcomers’ investment project confirmation process can be lengthy and painful.

Thereby the main task of our company is to help foreign investors and Latvian real estate projects developers, to deal with dynamic real estate market, by performing necessary environmental and project financial analysis, providing information about real estate acquisition and lease, necessary legal consultations and preparing documents for transactions.

We are helping our customers to apply for the government and municipalities’ real estate, by preparing necessary development proposals and sketches. Besides we consult in the preparation of design projects and its approval from authorities side.

During Year 2004 “Ravenshill consulting” has participated in developing several investment projects in the real estate field:

• “Rigas Pilsetbuvnieks” (100% owned by Riga municipality residential real estate projects developing company) for which we have prepared a legal basis for the attraction of foreign investment for joint PPP residential projects for Years 2005-2009

• Lithuanian investment company “In Real” that is being consulted about hotel project realization in Riga center.

• Construction and real estate development company “PBLC Nekustamie Ipasumi” (The company owned by “PBLC” ltd. top 100 company by its size in Latvia) that is being consulted in multi-floor residential buildings projects realization in Riga. Looking forward to getting mutually benefit cooperation in future.

Currently we have begun our cooperation with several foreign investment companies by preparing a real estate market overviews and analyses of its future development perspectives. We help them to identify particular investment proposals.

Together with Riga municipality venture “Rigas Pilsetbuvnieks” ltd. we are currently preparing proposals to attract large investment for PPP joint municipality residential projects realization for years 2005-2009 for which the legal basis has been already made.
