Development offer of the social care centre in Smiltene
One of last executed and successfully completed projects of SIA " Ravenshill Consulting " is development of development offer of the social care centre in Smiltene. The offer of development it is developed for a site of the ground which is located at street of Doctors 14, in Smiltene, region of Valka, and it borrows a small part of territory, on which placed a local health care complex. The stated site of the ground surrounds by territory of wood, and from east part – street of Bruža. The sketch of building is developed with the purpose, to construct on a site of the ground two together connected 3 floor building on which would be built the social care centre. The drawing is planned to use for consideration the offer on building a site of the ground and to define requirements of the customer and responsible services of cities. The utilities provide to develop qualitative parks of rest which would be provided with modern devices. These devices are necessary, for high-grade movement of inhabitants. The building volume develops very simply - dividing a building on two spatial parts - on volumes of existing building, and new building, which have one painting, but the various sizes. Considering ideal arrangement on the sides of heaven and surrounding composition of buildings, there are much used windows and as the finishing material is used a brick and glass. Offer is developed proceeding from analyses of an existing situation and can be used only as a material for the further investigation, and specification of the plan for development of city. | |||
